718-596-1829– Brooklyn falsifying business records and criminal possession of stolen property trial. The defendant, a nurse at Brooklyn Hospital was falsely accused of stealing fentanyl. 46 different counts ultimately went to the jury; including 42 felonies. The bumbling prosecution presented numerous witnesses that contradicted each other, and their theory of the case simply made no sense. S. K. was obviously innocent, the jury saw through the incompetence and promptly returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY on every single count. Brooklyn Supreme Court, November 4, 2021.
